Boudoir photography is about feeling good in your own skin. It has nothing to do with achieving narrow standards of beauty – there is already too much pressure put on women these days. It is about celebrating who you are, whatever stage in life you may be in. About loving your body – or at least being good friends with it. About being photographed in a sensitive, empowering and skilful way, which will highlight your own unique beauty.

And of course about that moment when you see your finished images and think ‘that’s not bad at all!’ Or simply say ‘wow!’
